Standard-Cut Ballistic Helmet

A standard cut gives you a wider peripheral view when compared to a mid-cut helmet. You gain increased situational awareness and greater protection for the sides of your head. However, if you need to wear cumbersome headsets, you may prefer our mid-cut or high-cut designs.

We made our ARDITI level III ballistic helmets with XTclave technology. This exciting new manufacturing technology allows for greater precision. It uses high-pressure consolidation and composite curing to create a lighter, tougher material.

Designed to Stop Rifle Threats

The ARDITI helmets are made to stop rifle threats. These helmets offer level III protection and meet or exceed the MIL-STD-662F standards.

With a level III rifle ballistic helmet, you get protection against 7.62mm steel-jacketed bullets with a velocity of 2,794 ft/s. Level III protection is a step above level IIIA protection, which lacks adequate shielding against rifle rounds. The ARDITI ballistic helmets by Chase Tactical take their name from the elite Italian special force unit from World War I. The ARDITI were a feared group of soldiers used to lead assaults against the opposing Germans.
