The delivered plates were exactly what I was expecting and some of the highest quality level 4 for the best price. The website could add more information about what NIJ 04/05 rating is and that the plates are not drop proof. I understand this and what I was buying but others may now. I would also add that they are edge to edge coverage and not all level 4 are.
