I needed this for a plate carrier that couldn’t support my placard. Put this on, securely with the molle straps, and bow my placard fits perfect. Needed some shock cord to help hold it tighter to vest, but couldn’t be possible without this item.

Good overall design. Velcro straps are a little longer than they should be, but they could easily be trimmed down if needed. Works as intended.
