Lightweight Ballistic Protection – ACH Level IIIA Tactical COMBAT Helmet by Chase Tactical
The Chase Tactical Tactical COMBAT Level IIIA ACH Ballistic Helmet is designed according to the latest US Military requirements, utilizing the most advanced ballistic protection against handgun ammunition and Frag protection according to MilÂStd 662f. The Chase Tactical ACH COMBAT Ballistic Helmet is tested to NIJ standard 0106.01. The ACH COMBAT helmet shell is composed of multi-layered advanced composite materials. The harness assembly consists of the ACH Comfipad suspension retention system with ratchet dial knob and D3O TRUST 7 Pad helmet system.
The reduced profile enables a wider peripheral and upward field of view, for better situational awareness and unrestricted movement, and also accommodates protective goggles, night vision goggles (NVG), and a communication system. WILCOX Three Hole Shroud comes as a standard item!
Included Accessories: WILCOX Shroud, Bungee Retention Straps, Hook & Loop Strips, Rails and Dial Knob Harness Suspension System

Ordered 10/13/20 and received 11/04/2020. My head measures 23 1/4″ and the large fits perfect. Overall the quality looks great and the helmet fits comfortably.

The helmet fits great, I wear a large/xlarge ACH so that was something to get used to since my head is right on the line, but according to proper fit it is correct. Only concern I would say is that it is shown with a matching chinstrap but shipped with a black one. I’m sure many people switch them out but I wasn’t planning to but now probably will.

Nice helmet. Had to take the paint off and lightly sand part of the shroud to fit a wilcox mount. Its comfortable, has a good retention system, and the rails work good.

Epic helmet (striker high cut) at epic price. Made in the USA! If you buy other brands at this price point you’ll see “assembled in USA” but the kevlar itself comes from another country.
This helmet is lightweight, has all the bells and whistles, fits great (size 7 head, med size helmet), retention system works great (similar to team wendy) with ARC mounted Sordins, and the mount fits several variations of NVG rhinos. The included bungees are useless for me due to the type of rhino I run but they look cool.
Overall this helmet is 5/5 with the understanding that I have NOT shot it yet. Nor do I plan to.

I use this Kevlar every day and it is very comfortable. It fits perfectly and luckily the ballistics haven’t been tested yet, but I am positive it will live up to its expectations.
